**The Opportunity**:
You will play a critical role in helping our leaders grow Agoda Flights, and contribute to taking this business from being a new vertical to becoming the core of our day to day at Agoda.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyze (often ambiguous, unstructured) operational and business problems to identify areas for commercial growth, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
- Use data analytics and business intelligence to uncover trends, drive decision-making, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Country Directors, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to understand their needs and align operational strategies to support commercial goals.
- Develop and execute to completion complex improvement initiatives to realize commercial uplifts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of improvement projects.
- Create and maintain documentation related to operational processes and improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, providing clear and concise reports.
- Act as a versatile resource within our Agoda Flight team, establishing yourself as a trusted expert that all departments can depend on.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in operational excellence, business analysis, or a similar role focused on commercial growth.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and/or business intelligence tools, with a track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset, able to connect operational changes to business results.
- Ability to make sense of complex operational processes, internal technical processes and flows and connect the dot back to commercial impact.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts and present progresses, findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with teams across the organization.
- Ability to learn fast and understand new business dynamics.
