Sales and Customer Management
- Lead sales team and provide short and long-term sales strategies to achieve goals while effectively spending budget and delivering profitable growth. Initiate and launch cost effective marketing campaigns with brokers / partners within compensation allowance to achieve sales target.
- Initiate and design effective sales approaches, products and process for broker F2F (worksite, booth sales, etc.), broker Tele and Digital broker that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
- Develop business quality action plan and monitoring & improvement process by using data analytics for both internal FWD and with brokers / partners. Monitor and ensure quality of business, regulation alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales teams for coping with job-related challenges, having POCCI and engagement as well as be able to bring their best for our team and company.

Partnership Management
- Cooperate and negotiate with brokers / partners to ensure their executions are align with FWD directions and be able to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on sales and customer support, product, operations, IT, legal, compliance and reginal office to meet brokers / partners / customer expectations and ensure smooth relationship.
- Build up strong relationship and extend business with existing brokers / partners as well as acquire potential new brokers / partners.
