Ensure monthly closing and reconciliation process to be comply with accounting standard both Local book and IFRS book within agreed timeline and without material error on IL & Non Core, Set up policy procedure and put the control to be align with regulatory, tax ruling to efficiency including developing and co ordinate all relationships with upper or lower stakeholder in business as usual and projects assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting transactions and entries review- Review all insurance accounting transactions that related with IL and Others occurred by checking account code, amount, transactions analysis with supporting document to complete the month end closing task within timeline without material error which including new accounting GAAP (IFRS17).- Detect the error on GL booking transactions for all monthly closing transactions in part of all insurance transactions both STAT which related with IL and Non cores.- Review end to end process of all accounting transactions and put the control, validate to be more efficiency and accurate that related with IL and Non cores.

Account Reconciliations- Put control in place by reviewing all account reconciliations that need to be prepared.- Analyst the balance, clear long outstanding according to be aligned with Group Finance policy and procedure related with IL and Non cores.-
- Maintain effective and efficient operation to help prevent and detect any error from

Core company project- Being a representative and implement for any core company project i e IL and Non cores project by provide the requirement of accounting and control related which need to brainstorm on alignment with the other functions, perform UAT as agreed timeline.

Initiative- Analyze current working process and initiate the improvement or any projects to improve working process to be more efficiency and cost saving IL and Non cores.- Update workflow (FO related for new products or any new business partner transaction) to be align with local statutory accounting GAAP and IFRS GAAP and with Group office accounting policies and comply with regulatory and tax ruling.- Redesign current routine process per year to be more efficiency (faster closing) or more accurate (check points) and cost saving.

Team Management- Manage, coach, lead and motivate team to work efficiency and build team.- Self motivation and productive team payer

Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.- Minimum 7-10 years' experience as a life insurance industry and experience in project management.
- to improve efficiency of accounting processes is preferred.- Strong accounting knowledge both Local book and IFRS book including strong in Tax knowledge.- Possesses CPA is preferable.- Good teamwork and can work under pressure.- Highly committed and motivation.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
