Executive, Supply Planning & Procurement will perform forecasting and ordering of the assigned brand portfolio. Ensuring an efficient stock replenishment by maintaining the optimum balance between service (stock availabilities), cash (stock level) and cost in our distribution center. Collaborating with other departments to identify problems and find solutions.

Planning**
- Forecast supply needs given commercial sales targets, launch plans, events, animations,
seasonality, trends, and product life cycle
- Challenge forecast on newness provided by category team
- Monitor KPIs target and adjust forecasting assumptions to ensure meeting KPIs target
- Work closely with Regional, local Merchandising (Category Managers), Marketing & Finance team and engage in S&OP process to align sales forecasts, financial stock level, launch and
animation plans
- Monitor and optimize Open-to-buy plan to meet inventory targets
- Optimize store inventory and manage stock rebalancing
- Communicate situations on slow moving and discontinued products to the category team to
determine next actions (markdown operations, returns to vendor ) and to ensure mínimal
ageing stock
- Review product Database to ensure an accuracy of the product assortment
- **
Procurement**
- Issue Purchase orders within timeline and follow up the ordering process until PO closure
- Monitor incoming PO and assign PO priorities to Logistics team
- Conduct regular reviews, share key performance indicators including On-shelf availability, supplier fill rate and stock health, and brainstorm on improvement plans with key brands
- Stock and invoice discrepancies follow up
- Coordinate with the local brands on return of excess quantities, damaged, discontinued, and short shelf-life items and execute return for oversea brands as per Regional instructions
- Work with Logistics and store teams for return execution
- Provide reporting and analysis of RTV status and follow up on credit notes to ensure all return has been collected and credit note is timely received
- Support stores’ inquiry regarding stock availabilities, order process, return process
- Manage adhoc projects as required
**We would love to hear from you if**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
- 2-3 years of experience in Stock planning or Inventory control, ideally in retail or multi-brands environments
- Experience in SAP is a must
- Fluent in English
- Competent use of Microsoft office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication and negotiation skills
