**Responsibilities**:

- Leading the overall Planning and Budgeting process through demand planning team to provide timely and accurate inventory and KPI target & budget to related functions.
- Leading the overall supply strategy of the finished product (3rd party manufacturers) through planning team to achieve the required customer service level, working capital target, and other required performance.
- Handling the overall supply chain timeline for new product initiatives, promotion campaigns, and new supply sources for 3rd party manufacturer (for SEA market)
Facilitate Sales and Operation Planning Process of the company with the Demand planning team.
- Leading the master data for products under 3rd party manufacturers.
- Leading the supply planning team in derived demand forecast to the planning team and identified any key issue and required action related to the supply chain team (capacity, launch timeline, production implication, inventory impact).
- Working with the Demand planning team to guide the planning team and identify any supply constraints and work for optimum solutions.
- Managing the supply chain timeline for all new product and marketing activity projects through supply planners to ensure the project delivers on time with the lowest change over cost (no remaining product stock, minimum write-off, and minimize product shortage during the transition period).
- Being responsible for the supply chain timeline for all Operation initiative projects to improve on cost, efficiency, and inventory improvement. (For SEA market)
- Managing the supply chain function at 3rd party to ensure the team is capable to support business strategy and business objectives.
- Managing overall supply planning chain business process improvement within function and cross-functionally to achieve required overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Science, Business, or related field with mathematic background or a Master’s Degree (Supply Chain, MBA, Economic, IE or related field) is an advantage.
- 5 years experiences in Supply Chain Management background.
- Leadership, organization development, strong analytical with a commercial mindset.
- Knowledge on trade customer and consumer Demand.
- SAP system knowledge - R/3(PP, MM, SD), APO, BW.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
