The sales team lead is responsible for managing the end to end sales process for our SME financing business, from generating SME leads, preparing the sales memo, to post-approval.

**What you will do**:

- Stakeholder engagement with Credit, Sales, Legal and Operations in identifying and resolving problems impacting collections. i.e. dispute resolution & contract issues
- Prepare & submit monthly reports and forecast, including analysis & commentaries on delinquent customers
- Support team members according to back up plan and on a hoc basis if required

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as debt collector for more than 2 years, or related fields more than 5 years
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Apt in negotiating and persuading
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- Bachelor Degree in law, accounting, business management, or a similar field
- Self-motivated and open minded to learn new aspects of work
