Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR Manager & Directors.
Providing general administrative support to the company.
Resolve and issue a general invoice.
Maintain the HR database and personnel files.
Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and completeness of personnel data.
Manage employee records such as Attendance, Leave records, filling, making a report & Log records etc.
Establish and maintain Labor contracts, secure compliance with the Labor Law.
Overseeing office supplies and services, setting up desks and equipment for new hires.
Assist to HR Manager such as PC setting for new hires, etc.

Assisting the Head of Departments in pinpointing current and impending vacancies within

Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening.

Overseeing incumbents' onboarding processes.
Implementing form, strategies to develop and retain employees.
Monthly payroll administration, cross check payroll & attendance.
Coordinate & send the monthly report to accounting firm (outsource company).
Purchasing & Contact supplier (if require).
Get quotation & arrange the Healthcare insurance plan (if require).
Arrange accommodation, flight for partners, visitor, and colleagues from corporate office.
Involves with day-to-day HR operational tasks.
Other tasks as assigned.
**Key Requirements**:
Minimum diploma or equivalent in Business Administration/ HRM or related qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in HR & administrative support.
Familiar with Labor Legislation.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation skills, and research skills.
Committed and capable of self-initiated.
Capable of working under pressure and with little supervision.
Pay attention to the details.
Good command of Thai and English.
