Job Description

You act as team lead of HR Services team, dealing with senior level contact point for HR customers/Providers providing advisory and responses to complex HR related inquiries & internal and external audits.

Manage budget planning, monitoring and controlling expenditure for HR Services.

Ensures implementation and transactional of in-scope processes and best practice in country, including: Payroll, Employee

Lifecycle, Benefits, HR Contact Center, Time attendance management.

Drive initiatives in process standardization and productivity improvement ensuring the quality of HRS delivery and customer satisfaction using predefined SLAs.

Responsible to ensure high level of productivity of HRS teams providing appropriate coaching, sharing, training and monitoring.

Organizing and prioritizing of projects and services under HR Services team; for example, but not limit to, HR Contact

Center, HR Services ticketing website [Servicenow], HR Portal in HR Services area.

Be a HR Services system expert, can provide system training to line managers, and respond to inquiries related to HR database [SAP] and other HRS systems.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree, in Human resources, business administration, or related field.

7 years of experience in HR Operation with proficient knowledge of SAP HR.

In-depth knowledge and understanding HR processes as well as local applicable social security, revenue department, labor law.

Ability to communicate professionally in English.

Ability to analyze, plan, and prioritize transaction in hand, also manage team collaboration.

Strong analytical and problems solving skill.

Ability to deliver high level of customer service in a professional manner including act as a role model for the team
