**Responsibilities**
- Knowing mechanical principles and experience in CNC machining.
- Understanding of PLC, drive systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical drawings, and troubleshooting.
- Being able to use various shop tools like drills, welders, grinders, presses, etc.
- Having knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) & PM (Preventive Maintenance) and maintenance management systems.
- Having experience with factory utility systems (air supply, high/low voltage).

**Qualifications**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Over 10 years of experience in maintenance functions.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Coaching, counselling, teamwork, and cooperation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
