That’s why in early 2020 we began rolling out our expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy to include Citi employees around the world. - We empower our employees to manage their financial well-being and help them plan for the future. - We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life, including generous paid time off packages. **In this role, you’re expected to**: **Responsibilities**: - Review service quality, production systems, and client reporting within cash and trade operations - Analyze complex and variable issues to resolve issues and ensure team deliverables meet performance and quality expectations - Recommend quality reviews of cash management services, production systems, and client reporting - Manage performance, identify areas of development/training and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, hiring, etc. of team - Contribute to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures - Serve as backup to the Cash and Trade Operations Senior Manager - 6-10 years of experience in a related cash and trade operations management role especially receivable products. - Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance - Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills - Bachelor’s/University degree or Master’s degree preferred Working at Citi is far more than just a job. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. - Manage Check Collection, Check Clearing, Branch Cashless Teller and oversee Citi Service Centers’ operations to meet Service Level Agreement and enhance operations capabilities across disciplines of productivity and risk management - Manage resource and budget via standardization, centralization, automation and digitization of operational processes - Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with the operations level strategy, work with business partners, sales teams and supporting functions to ensure effective product and service launch - Manage Risk and Controls activities of related business units under TTS Operation - Oversee daily operations for multiple teams and several unit supervisors and ensure teams meet performance and quality expectations - Manage staff resource allocation while assisting with the development and oversight of the budget - Resolve complex and highly variable issues with significant departmental impact - Evaluate performance and make recommendations for training/development, pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining workflow standards - Contribute to the objectives of the entire Transaction Services function**Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
