**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and online sales.
- Conduct research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to inform strategy development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Product Development, and Operations) to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, setting timelines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Provide thought leadership on emerging digital trends and technologies, and recommend ways to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with influencers and other partners to enhance our digital campaigns and overall online visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the nutrition and supplements industry.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficient in digital marketing software and tools, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital marketing data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
