Cluster Local Division Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Thailand Process Industries commercial and operations teams. Each day, you will be accountable for the commercial deployment as well as the day-to-day operations of the organization within your assigned geographical scope. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the design and implementation of both the business commercial and customer-focused operations strategies. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries Division of ABB, Thailand. You will be mainly accountable for: - Executing the division strategy locally, ensuring profitable business development and managing profit and loss (P&L) - Ensuring the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives. - Creating, implementing, reviewing, and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model and customer-focused operations strategy with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets - Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service). - Driving appropriate, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment. - Defining sales objectives for the team and drives the team to achieve the targets, leveraging sales incentive plans in accordance with HR policies and guidelines. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are a highly skilled business manager with more than 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to demonstrate your market knowledge, ideally within the process industries.
- You are passionate about driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in developing long-term plans and aligning decisions with organizational goals.
- Strong people leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Degree in Engineering or another relevant course.
- You are at ease communicating in English and the local language.
