PTTEP Services Limited**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide support, advice and assurance on SSHE matters to Construction Team and Contractor in line with PTTEP Standards and Project Instruction
- Monitor compliance of company SSHE policy and SSHE procedures and ensure a safe working environment at site.
- Collaborate with Operation, Construction team and Contractors to ensure site complies with relevant safety legislation and regulations and identify safety issues
- Participate in Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Tool box talk, project risk assessment activities
- Implement SSHE program in accordance with Project SSHE plan
- Provide SSHE related information, advise, training, inductions and communication campaigns to promote SSHE and hazard awareness in both Contractor and Project team
- Coordinate with Construction Team and Contractors, including Corporate and Function Group SSHE to monitor, track, and report Project Safety Statistics, including reporting accidents, unsafe acts/ conditions and Behavior Based Safety (BBS).

**Key Accountabilities (Continued)**:

- Provide input to the recording, measurement, trend analysis and reporting of SSHE performance.
- Monitor/ involve in the audit/ inspection program and liaise with other operational parties for implementing remedial and/or preventive actions to ensure SSHE Standards are maintained, and hazards identified are effectively addressed.
- Investigate and report all safety incidents for record and communication with Project Team and Management as well as implement solutions to prohibit a recurrence.
- Monitor SSHE compliance of Project and follow up Contractor incident reports, investigations and corrective actions.
- Promote the implementation and adherence to the Company’s SSHE rules and regulations.
- Conducts safety audits and monitor the close out report for both internal and external audit.
- Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures to Contractor.

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in occupational Health and Safety or SSHE related fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HSE experience in Oil and Gas related construction industries
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Safety and Risk Management techniques (i.ei HAZID, JSA, etc.)
- Good understanding of the Safety Regulations for Construction activities
- Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, people management, project execution, cost control, quality and administration
- Good knowledge of industry codes, standards, and SSHE legislations and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
