**Job Summary**:

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with more than 5 years of manufacturing experience and completion of Department of Labor Protection and Welfare (DLPW) training to register as a professional-level Safety Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred)

**Experience**
- 5+ years of progressive safety experience
- Background in mining, energy, or manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record as a Safety Manager
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

**Skills**
- English proficiency (TOEIC 550+)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate safety within a business framework
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various regulatory requirements
- Proficient in writing reports, procedures, performance reviews, training programs, and presentations
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
- Exceptional attention to detail and observation skills
