Technical Product Manager

As Brikl's Technical Product Manager for the apps team, you'll drive our product forward by fulfilling our merchants’ needs and resolving their pain points. You will be managing the custom integration projects for our merchants, decorators and third-party vendors, as well as defining the product roadmap for the apps team.

You'll work in close collaboration with all engineering teams (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, QA, Platform, Data) to support the implementation of new services cross-functionally. Your daily tools will be Notion, Figma, Linear, GitHub and Slack to collaborate.
- The apps team’s objective is to provide the best
- **custom integrations experience** for our merchants via native integrations, document generation, Public APIs and Apps. We aim to integrate the Brikl platform with our merchants, suppliers and decorators’ existing technologies and workflow, such as their ERPs, CRMs and APIs, as well as providing the ability for third parties to integrate with the Brikl platform.

This role is open for our Bangkok office in True Digital Park only, with hybrid available.

- **What your day could look like**:

- Drive the continuous development of new native integrations, products and services at Brikl.
- Balance business needs, technical constraints, and development resources to help the team deliver great products.
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize features according to the product strategy.
- Define the custom integrations roadmap and prioritize integrations according to the business strategy.
- Work closely with the business and maintain direct connections to the merchants to gather and clarify requirements.
- Create and refine product requirement documents for new custom integrations and features.
- Work together with team members across different functional areas to help resolve blockers.

**What we're looking for**:

- Hands-on experience as a product manager or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Well-organized and effective communicator, as this role will be working closely with people from all over the organization.
- You have a love for product development and UI/UX.
- An independent, fast-learning, self-starter who takes ownership in solving hard problems.
- Driven by the prospect of enabling our customer's mission to achieve more.
- Coding ability is a plus.
- Experience with leading or managing integration projects, ERPs, CRMs and API projects is an advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce companies or API-first companies is an advantage.
