**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** About the role**

This role will report to Technical Director

**As the Technical Manager, you will**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members.
- Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our cybersecurity product portfolio.
- Collaborate with product vendor to stay informed about new technologies and product features.
- Share product knowledge with the sales team and customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers and partners.
- Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Work closely with customers to understand their specific security requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design customized cybersecurity solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Create detailed solution proposals and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations for effective cybersecurity strategies.
- Continuously assess and enhance pre-sales processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the pre-sales team.
- Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** About you**

**The ideal**Solutions** Technical Manager**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven experience with Imperva/Thales security solutions will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), endpoint security, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integrating security solutions in these platforms.
- Experience conducting technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for customers.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) and network architectures.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and other security appliances.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS) and best practices.
- Advanced certifications, such as Fortinet NSE 4-7, are strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Good English Communication would be an advantage.
