**What you'll do**:

- Identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions, overseeing services for outsourced development, or financial-related technologies.
- Leading the entire software development cycle (agile) including the design, deployment, user acceptance test, and management of enterprise-wide information security controls.
- Enhancing our technical capabilities, refining policies, and establishing best practices in agile methodology, information security, data management, and systems management.
- Identifying technical requirements, business requirements, and regulatory requirements, translating them into product requirements or product backlog.
- Engaging in report production, including risk assessments and business impact analyses for stakeholders.
- Research and development of a comprehensive technical roadmap for the digital finance ecosystem. Facilitating team to continuously work, solving the problems related to the technical issues.
- Support and work with the Operations team on technical issues.

**What we expect from you**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s in IT, Computer science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years in an IT or Product management role along with hands-on experience in blockchain technologies.
- The background should showcase proficiency in Business Information Technology Strategy Management, Product Development, Software Development, IT Consulting, Project Management, Transformation Management, and Production Support.
- Practical experience delivering robust, secure, and cost-effective solutions, particularly through agile methodology with diverse teams, is highly valued.
- Able to analyze how the system integration works, can understand the API documents, and translate them to stakeholders effectively.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure, blockchain technologies, Web3, or the digital asset industry is advantageous. Knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance is a plus.
