Operations is at the heart of our business, ensuring the lights are kept on. The team is responsible for establishing systems and processes so exceptionally seamless that Beam users are ensured unrivaled efficiency, safety and top-notch service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive forward Beam’s operations across multiple operational verticals, including charging infrastructure, fleet management, and warehouse / supply chain management
- Set strategic direction for how to grow Beam’s operations in a healthy manner
- Identify key operational metrics and manage a tight ship
- Innovate constantly on existing processes and products
- Collaborate cross functionally (strategy, marketing, policy) to ensure smooth business operations

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a global strategy consulting or multinational companies
- Proficient analytic knowledge of operations management and market analysis using data
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills­­
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, GIS is advantageous
- Experience in transport / logistics is not necessary, but willingness to learn is critical
