**Job Title**

Senior Analyst, Market Delivery

The Senior Analyst, Customer Delivery - CSD will be the primary day-to-day operational contact for customers in their market, responsible for all aspects of the operational relationship with the customer. This role requires a thorough understanding of the customers’ business plans, operational environment, and use of MasterCard products/solutions. Ongoing responsibilities may include coordinating and assessing customer service requirements, and ensuring flawless project execution.

Major Accountabilities:

- Responsible for customer's overall operations satisfaction with MasterCard, acting as the ‘‘voice of the customer” to drive operational efficiency.
- Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for escalated operational and technology issues.
- Together with Customer Delivery team in SEA, to host quarterly operations reviews, focusing on opportunities and best practices to identify opportunities to improve Customer operational performance.
- Ensure that the development of new products/platforms/solutions meets the requirements of both the customer and the market.
- Ensure seamless delivery of both BAU products and complex cross functional projects

Key Qualifications:

- Good understanding of operations within financial services
- Experience in the payments industry and good understanding of consumer payments
- Ability to identify issues before they develop into problems; proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate partners
- Experience working across multiple levels and functions; able to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy to understand manner; able to effectively deliver messages both verbally and in writing
- Experience in financial services with demonstrated success - payments industry experience preferred.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
