**Position Summary**:
The Senior Executive, Marketing is responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on all brand marketing activities in Thailand to contribute to the overall strategic planning process of the Marketing team and wider business.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Inventory management included delivery channels (Brand Ambassadors, Athletes, Influencers, and Related Media)
- Manage marketing seeding and marketing POSM inventory stock (internal and external warehouse)
- Gather marketing campaign materials and organize the ordering process, choosing the optimal delivery method for store locations.
- Support the Marketing team in handling invoices, organizing, and managing documents, tracking monthly expenses, and maintaining accurate financial reports.
- Coordinate and lead sports performance and activation projects related to the brand/marketing.
- Support and play an active role in all brand marketing activation.
- Responsible for all the promotion communication for the brand in all the relevant channels
- Liaise and work with other team function such as PR agency, Landlord, and other internal functions.
- Manage, report and control marketing expenditure in relation to budgets agreed.
- Support reporting, research, and analysis to monitor brand and campaign performance.
- Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English (read and write)
- Great passion and interest in sports and cultural trends is a must.
- Professional in numbers, Microsoft Excel, Trasix, AX, Seen Seven, and related programs to support team in streamlining processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to balance competing priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
- A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach

**Education And / Or Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Art, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Sports Retail business, brand marketing and customer engagement in related departments.
