**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Raw Material ordering and follow up
- Ensure correct data of all cost occur in SAP PO and payment to all vendors on time.
- Support team and all concerns to provide the estimate landed cost of import finished product as request.
- Support team for issuing SMART PO of all expenses related to the product cost and ensure the correct data.
- Co-ordinate with shipping contractor to do customs clearance and scheduling all import Finished product shipments to Warehouse.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years experience in import-export, customs clearance
- Good interpersonal and coordination
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving
- Good at English communication
- Able to work under pressure
