To strengthen our team in Chachoengsao, we are looking for:
**Sales Operation Executive (IBP System)**

(_Chachoengsao, Thailand_)

**Your Mission**

Reporting directly to the Sales Operation Manager, you will be responsible to build customers relationship and strong internal sales operation support to achieve the company business goals.

**What you will do**
- Study details and procedure of sales and marketing operations to understand and be trained by the time frame prescribed by the regulations.
- REceive the purchase order, input data to the system (SAP) and co-ordinate with planning dept. To confirm order and delivery date to the customers.
- Prepare picking list and hand over Warehouse to prepare stock, co-ordinate on the details and terms of delivery in case of special customer requirement.
- Issuing invoices and prepare delivery documents following customer requirement such as copy of PO, invoice and billing note.
- Manage customer complaint via CRM system and co-ordinate with relevant department to solve problems thus closing the complaints.
- Manage C/N process issued for the customers after getting approval by the GM.
- Lead OTIF / CN / Complaint meeting with relevant department.
- Monthly reports as designated within specific time frame.
- Documentation relating to domestic sales and category document type. Documents must be ready for retrieval at any time when required.
- Co-ordination with relevant parties to achive given tasks.
- Compliant with ISO 9001 :2015.
- Respond to report problem related to Food Safety issue and inform Food Safety team through assigned channel.

**What we expect from you**
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Min 1 year experience as Customer Service Call Center, Sales Co-ordinator or related experience.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
- Good personality with a strong service mindset.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
- Good at negotiation and problem solving skill.
