Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service.

Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.

Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.

Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.

Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.

Setting sales quotas and meeting planned sales goals volume targets as specified either on DF & Open slot.

Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.

Timely submission of Marketing reports to Management.

Coordinating with other dept on lead generation.

To report sales lifting performance and any related issues and development to HQ.

Provide information on Market and Competitor activity to Management and HQ.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary to Management and HQ.

Promoting the organization and services.

Explore new chartering, feeder operator opportunities and develop relationship with Carriers.

Assist in assessing whether Trans liner current IT module are suitable future needs.

Other tasks are assigned by Management.

Handle organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Perform local sales, promotions and campaigns
