Our client is an international logistics provider. They have teams around the globe that provide export custom logistics solution for businesses to provide their customers with global deliveries above and beyond. They offer ocean freight, air freight, trucking, and third-party logistics (3PL).

The client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch/Country Manager to join and build the team in Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day-to-day operations in Thailand office - import, export, customs.
- Dealing with transactions and shipping documents.
- Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
- Keeping updated with the country/region’s trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Monitoring the performance at all levels and develop improvement strategies as required.
- Monitoring the sales reporting and analysis.
- Growing the team through recruiting and training new staff.
- Providing leadership through effective communication.
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
- Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Maintaining a good image of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the logistics business.
- Knowledge of both air and sea freight is a plus.
- Good knowledge base of the country/region where operating.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to handle all aspects of the job.
- Ability to start from scratch and work autonomously.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
