Business Context and Main Challenges of the Job- Responsible for Portfolio Transformation Strategy & Delivery for SEA for Kids and Wall’s Snacking across price points- Planning and Delivering the Ice Cream Snacking and Kids Innovation project pipeline, and BOP regional strategy- Leading IBC programs for Ice Cream Brands

Main Accountabilities- Develop an in-depth category understanding in SEAA - the business environment in which the brands compete including channels and segments. Understand the key drivers of business. Key markets: Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines- Lead regional innovation projects (NPDs) in emerging segments by working closely with cross functional teams including R&D, supply chain, procurement and finance.- Lead brand communication and creative development work (advertising and packaging), and work with agencies and global brand teams to deliver consumer tested creatives- Work closely with country marketing teams in the deployment of brand communication idea and launching innovations- Working with cross functional teams to support regional sourcing strategies and profitability studies- Work in a matrixed organisation with Global, Country and regional teams- Champion the digital and Ecommerce agenda for the category in region- Leading a team of 2-3 direct reports
