Overview:
**Mian purpose**:
This role is created with the importance to prepare protoypes for Horizon 1 new product development, in-year productivity and BCP projects in order to support business goal in agile manner. R&D recipes are confidential information and considered not to be shared to outside, hence, hiring outsouce to perform the tasks is risk of confidential information leak. Preparing prototype and send to Indo China stakeholders would take longer time than having a person prepare prototypes in Bangkok base

**Responsibilities**:
**Accountability**:

- Execute product coating, packing, labeling, and storing prototype for consumer research, internal /external lab analysis, and trade listing.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lab environment which is a must for food preparation place to ensure food safety of samples prepared.
- Perform new product/ competitor physical and raw material study and establish report for R&D coordinator to review.
- Receive sample from China Hub / Plant/ PepsiCo business related parcels, store in inventory and pull out for team review per request.
- Support R&D coordinator to pre-arrange/ arrange product in the meeting in case of large sample need to be present.
- Regularly, mange storage space and by arranging samples/ materials in inventory, perform inventory tracking, and maximize storage capacity.
- Regularly destroy unnecessary or expired samples/ materials due to very limited space in lab and BKK storage.
- Regularly manage R&D storage space & track Base chips, seasonings, packaging, and samples kept in preparation room and sample storage area.
- Travel into marketplaces to collect requested samples for R&D/ business review

Qualifications:

- Education high school to bechelor degree.
- Experience in Food / snack industry at least 5 years.
- Having snack coating and food preparation knowledge and experience is a must.
- Be able work well under pressure and dynamic environment
- Be flexible to work overtime when business requires.
