**Job Overview**:
We're seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our Sales & Support Team. In this role, you'll be our customers' first point of contact, delivering outstanding service and supporting our omnichannel operations. This position will primarily be remote, with occasional responsibilities requiring on-site presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide responsive sales and customer support via our CRM platform.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with logistics and product teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
- Represent our brands with consistent, high-quality communication.
- Meet or exceed Key Support Performance Indicators (KPIs)

**Requirements**:

- A positive, friendly, and engaging personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai (English is a plus).
- Experience with customer service platforms (CRM systems preferred).
- Prior experience in musical instrument retail or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to occasionally work from our Bangkok office to support return order processing.
- Must be currently residing in Bangkok.
