- Reporting to Head of Promotion in User Growth team, Promotion specialist role will be responsible for end to end execution of Lazada’s vouchers and other buyer’s incentive programs. Key work areas include:
- Promotion planning: work with Head of Promotion and other stakeholders to come up with promotion plans, liaise with cross-functional stakeholders on vouchers creation and onsite set-up according to the aligned plans and timeline
- Promotion performance steering: monitor and manage promotion performance to ensure maximum utilization of given budget while having budget under control to meet expected sales performance. Provide updates and suggestions on plan adjustments to relevant stakeholders as needed
- Promotion analysis: responsible for providing promotion performance analysis and insights to continually refine spend strategy/budget allocation as well as identify key learnings and share best practices with the wider teams
- Support other platform promotion tools launch from feature UAT, setup and daily operations

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Economics/ Computer Science /Engineering / Statistics or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in promotion planning and promotion performance management with preferred experience in data analytics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with preferred experience with MySQL
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai
- Strong ownership and self-driven, go extra miles, ensure high quality process and output
- Attention to detail
- Passionate in e-commerce business
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience with MySQL
