- LazGlobal Campaign - Senior Associate You will be responsible for preparing campaign activities, graphics/artworks for the promotions making customer feel WOW with all campaigns**Responsibilities**:
- Understand high-level business priorities and translate these into actionable project plans with defining clear scope & requirement.
- Campaign planning:Develop and review strategy for LazGlobal campaign including preparing campaign page outline and decoration, create timeline for campaign to ensure that you bring good assortments, help sellers growth base on campaign proposal
- Campaign execution:Responsible for whole campaign process including, Kick-Off, deal-hunting operation, create campaign page layout, coordinating for graphic banners development
- Campaign analysis: Able to understand on campaign performance metrix, deep dive analysis and key insight to continually improve campaign planning, operation and performance reporting to specified time schedules. Also, leverage internal/external data and reporting to analyses trends and provide input and recommendations to improve business performance metrics
- Be responsible for campaign vouchers with experience of demand planning, SOP process, ROI, %CIR etc.
- Traffic & Onsite Asset management + Analysis for LazGlobal team (ex. CRM, JFY cards, Homepage Banners,etc.)
- Have campaign new initiative and drive more sales during BAU and Mega campaign including continually refining and revamping campaign planning and execution processes.
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external teams to ensure that effectiveness of the team, driven forward and business expectations are managed
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years experiences in E-commerce from commercial or campaign team
- Analytical skill - Understand in campaign key metrix
- Excel Basic skill - VLookup, Index, Pivot- Good in English written and verbal communication skills
- Love creativities, create content and have ideas on campaign side
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Basic Graphic is a plus
- Project management skill
- Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines
- Positive mindset and be go-to person for all knowledges
