Digital Transition Assistant Manager is our key partner driving our digital strategy, digital roadmap and manage KPIs of existing digital solutions e.g. Website, Social Media, CRM, Online Shop, B2B, Home Connect, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**
- Ensuring that all Brand/Sales, Customer Service, Product Information/ Product Management related digital activities are implemented for related digital solutions.
- Guiding the agency for digital transition processes & ensure accuracy Digital KPI.

**Performance Marketing & Marketing Analytics**
- Optimizing individual campaigns for performance, across all channels in use.
- Tracking analytics and metrics to determine which sources of traffic are performing best, then allocate ad funds accordingly (including SEO, SEM, Social Media) Website.
- Being responsible for continuous update of website marketing and campaign content.
- Being the first contact for global brand content localization projects.
- Improving the digital funnels and website for improving organic traffic (SEO optimization) Roll-in manager of website projects CRM.
- Being responsible for CRM roadmap planning and execution.
- Improving the digital systems and plan online/offline activities to increased consented customer data Social Media.
- Being the first contact for related digital roll-outs and SoMe roll-outs.
- Managing the SocMed agencies for increased social media traffic and plans brand campaigns SocMed activation (cooperation with local brand marketing).

**Requirements**:

- 27-35 years old, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
- Extensive digital know-how, project management and coordination skills.
- Have market know-how in home appliances industries or similar.
- Demonstrates good cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
