Export Logistics Support Manager

Export logistics Support Manager is responsible for export operation delivery to international market by managing 3PL service provider to ensure all orders are delivered with excellent customer service, on time, in full and in compliance with all the applicable export regulation as well as delivering at optimum supply chain cost

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage daily operation **from order receiving, planning, picking, dispatch including related customer clearance document.
- Manage **collaborative work relationship **with 3PLs to achieve agreed KPIs
- Drive operational excellence with 3PL through **continuous improvement projects**
- **Monitoring and maximize export truck/container VU% **for efficiency improvement
- Drive **simplification on transport planning activities**
- **Manage the smooth transition **in Transport operation if any change
- **Advise superiors and colleagues **on current and performance improvement plan against agreed KPIs
- **Problem solving **and provide the direction to team
- **Analyzing logistic challenges **and providing new solutions
- **Set-up shipment cost tracking **for truck and ocean freight and **initiate new initiatives for cost saving **in warehouse and distribution network
- **Cash collection **for Export shipment delivery
- Drive **digital transformation **in logistics - track and track, Real time visibility, invoice verification process
- Drive **the compliance of safety and security **Unilever minimum standard by establishing, following, enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
- **Pallet management to ensure having optimum level of pallet to run operation **for Unilever business both export and local shipments
- **Manage transporter for FG primary movement from **factory to warehouse for Unilever business both export and local shipments

**Professional & Experience**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in supply chain management (logistics) and/or Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years in Supply Chain Operation. Experience in warehouse and distribution management will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in global foreign trade and local/regional regulatory requirement for export
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Can do Attitude
- Excellent analytical skill to spot operation inefficiency and improve/simplify processes
- Fluent in both written and spoken English

**Travel**:Office and Unilever Warehouse located in Bangkok
