**Sales & Logistics Assistant**

We are looking for a motivated, committed and dynamic **Sales Assistant** to join our team. Position based in **Bangkok **but frequent travels to be expected.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in related field 3 years+
- Thai National with good English
- Strong Interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Attention to Details, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork
- Location: Hybrid/Bangkok

**Activities**:

- Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
- Collaborate with the Processing Team to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Prepare outgoing shipments, review shipment documentation such as invoices and packing lists, and maintain inventory of shipping supplies
- Interact with third-party logistics service providers, with Government agencies and Customs
- Review invoices and purchase orders, ensure all payments are processed in time
- Create packing lists and update shipment information in the database
- Be part of promotions, product launches and other such activities
- Attend trade shows and conferences with Sales team
- Meetings with Managing team (reporting, new inputs/ideas)

**Package offer**:

- Salary TBD depending on experience
- 2 weeks paid holidays per year plus 14 Thai Public Holidays
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, possible Saturdays and overtime upon request
- Work in an international startup and in a quickly expanding sector
