- Explore market opportunity as well as deeply understand consumer trends & competitor movement in order to develop the right products for the company.
- Independently lead new product development, overseeing all aspect of product development.
- Plan entire new product development process starting from market analysis, product concept, product positioning, product testing, research/survey, packaging design, channel selection, launch planning, etc.
- Conduct feasibility model, price & cost structure, sales forecast and P&L for each product
- Manage and work closely with all involved parties (both internal & external) to ensure new product launch - product availability, promotion, communications, etc.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance regularly to improve sale performance.
- Plan yearly target & budget for new product

- Bachelors’ degree in food science or related fields.
- Masters’ degree in marketing, business administration would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in product development for food industry.
- Has demonstrated ability to work in a team and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success.
- Strong leadership, Independent, result-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, and problem solving.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
- Able to work under pressure and business dynamic change.
- Hard-working, self-disciplined, and positive working attitude.
- Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.
- Be flexible for additional and urgent assigned tasks.
