Product Manager (Manufacturing)

**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Defining the policies and vision of the Production Management Group, focusing on meeting the needs of customers and shareholders, in alignment with the core policies of MC GROUP.
- Managing & planning the factory operations to align with and support both short-term and long-term business plans of the Production Management Group, covering production plans, workforce planning, recruitment and inventory management of raw materials, as well as the plan for machinery, equipment, and production resources. Additionally, communicate these plans to subordinates and relevant departments.
- Set and review the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for the factory on an annual basis.
- Collaborate in defining or approving important factory rules and regulations in accordance with management policies to support the necessary resources, enabling each department to operate efficiently according to the defined plans.
- Supervise and control production activities to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the set plans, within the budget and an appropriate cost structure.
- Monitor, inspect, and evaluate production performance, providing feedback on corrective actions and improvements to ensure that the operations of each unit in the production line adhere to policies and effectively achieve the established goals.
- The supervise department heads in creating detailed work plans and operational plans to be presented to management.
- Oversee and control production management, quality production, cost control, labor management, machinery maintenance, equipment and tool management, raw material handling, and finished goods inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and controlling environmental arrangements, occupational health, and safety to comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Report on the performance, issues, and obstacles related to production, cost control, labor management, quality management, production management, and finished goods inventory management, including providing recommendations for prevention, correction, and improvement to management and other relevant departments.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- More than 8 years of work experience.
- Possesses knowledge of production and manufacturing processes, from production planning to quality control.
- Possesses skills in managing various resources, budgeting, planning, and work control to ensure that operations are aligned with the set goals.
