**The opportunity**:
Our client, is a global leader powering eCommerce for postal operators, couriers, and logistics organisations.

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the product portfolio, including but not limited to strategy, roadmap, pricing, and positioning. You will lead the rollout process for a set of products and releases across the entire lifecycle and serve as the product owner.

You will interact with customers and prospective customers to evaluate if specific business requirements can and should be handled through core product functionality or if aspects require customisation. You need extensive long-term and short-term planning and the ability to execute these plans to support the company’s strategic vision.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Launching new products including the planning, story creation, and delivery.
- Enhancing and supporting existing products based on current customer and prospect customer requests. This includes creation and prioritisation of a product backlog for enhancements and bugs.
- Advancing the product by providing new ideas for features and enhancements, and providing requirements to Product Development.
- Evaluating new and current market opportunities by developing and managing market segmentation and go-to-market plans.
- Coordinating with and supporting Marketing in developing a positioning strategy for product portfolio and communication messaging.
- Conducting market and customer research, gathering opinions and findings of post industry analysts, producing market data analysis, and presenting conclusions based on the research.
- Identifying and evaluating competitors’ offerings, providing analysis of their positioning, strengths, and weaknesses.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A minimum 5 years of product management or related experience in launching software products.
- Experience with managing multiple products for software developers meeting launch milestones and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in support of the product vision in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai for communication with the client and global staff.
