**About this role**:

- This role is responsible for the planning and execution of in-country brand transition-related processes, and will be required to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition across multiple functions such as legal, supply chain, sales, HR, finance, legal etc, with a special focus on brand transition, including but not limited to brand packaging change, to achieve smooth transition from BD to the company. This is critical to ensure commercial business continuity as the company separates from BD.

**Job Summary**
- Own and drive comprehensive brand transition plans for each country, that outline goals, scope and timelines of the brand transition, to ensure no disruption to business as we change product branding from BD to the company.
- Develop in-country transition plan that incorporates all key activities, day-to-day execution, timelines, and tracking of the separation process and related milestones, including management of weekly team meetings, action plan, follow-up and issue resolution.
- Wherever relevant, support brand packaging associated changes (e.g. GTIN change, Regulatory License changes etc ) and work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transition and document filing associated with the change of packaging from BD to the company
- Develop and drive stakeholder communication: to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal, customers and partners. Ensure concerns are addressed and provide regular updates on the transition progress.
- Support and assist the commercial team in developing and executing campaigns that align with the new brand identity. Ensure marketing materials reflect the updated brand guidelines and messaging.
- Assess and highlight potential risks that may arise due to the separation process. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate any risks, in alignment with Commercial leaders.
- Ensure timelines are met and escalates as needed to ensure nothing falls out of the purview of the country leadership and regional project team members
- Facilitate the development of key tracking metrics. Present integration plans, reports progress and key metrics to senior leadership.
- Conduct transition reviews at each milestone, to identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement.
- Proactively engage with other Regions, Global and/or COEs to ensure alignment and best practices are shared
- Work with a local vendor or agency with related tasks localize things like translation, art creation, digital art, etc.
Collaborate with the local team to gather feedback from local clients in order to adapt needs for the transition. Any other brand-related work assigned

**Requirements**:
**a**.** Education**
- Diploma or higher education
- Experience with Project Management, Integration or Separation will be an advantage

**b**. **Experience**
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in similar role within a commercial organization
- Proven experience in managing brand transitions, packaging change or similar change initiatives
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Understanding about TH/VN market/languages would be advantageous.

**c. Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing a complex cluster comprising of multiple markets
- Requires a comprehensive understanding of business processes, with strong attention to detail, across various business functions and its interdependencies in order to ensure a seamless transition and integration to the new organisation
- Excellent communication skills to drive complex discussion within countries, with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
- Creative problem solving skills with a passion to drive resolution
- Experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Self-starter, independent work, agile, nimble, result-oriented, and ability to work with cross-cultural and functional team members
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
