- Department: Marketing & Communications- Location: Thailand- The guardian for Lazada brand equity across channels, touchpoints, on always-on manners and for BAU & campaigns
- Strategize and plan from key campaigns/ business communication objectives to communication outputs
- Responsible for end to end process to ensure communications output are of high standard including TVC and Online VDOs, materials related
- Taking the lead on branding projects to increase Lazada brand awareness, brand image and affinity amongst all stakeholders - shoppers, sellers and communities
- Driving concept, planning and operation management for brand-related activities including working with regional team to have strategic communication/ planning and managing media/ creative agencies
- Budgeting: forecasting and optimizing for Fiscal year and physical calendar year Supervising & coordinating on planning to execution across multiple functional teams to meet deadlines
- Initiating new ideas for test & learn
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher of advertising, brand marketing, media planning or related experience with track record of running successful campaigns.
- At least 5 years work experience in offline media, TVC and online VDOs.
- Strong brand marketing background who is able to develop plans and bring to fruition
- Familiar with emerging trends and developing suitable strategies for the brand.
- Strong communication skills, with a strong team spirit and can-do attitude.
- Solid analytical skills and resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skill both Thai and English.
