สมัครโปรดคลิกที่ปุ่ม "Apply" **Job Description**: - วิเคราะห์สภาวะตลาด ธุรกิจ และผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพด้านการขายให้กับ Wealth Relationship Manager ในทีมงาน - ร่วมวางแผนกับผู้จัดการเขต (Area Manager) เพื่อสร้างความพร้อมในการทำงาน รวมทั้งควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานด้านการขายและงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับหลัก Market Conduct - สนับสนุน แก้ไขปัญหา และติดตามความคืบหน้าการขายของทีม เช่น การโค้ชหรือเทรนนิ่ง การดูแลจัดหาอุปกรณ์ให้ครบถ้วน และกำหนดตารางการทำงาน เป็นต้น - พัฒนาศักยภาพของพนักงานในเรื่องต่าง ๆ เช่น การสอบใบอนุญาต การวางแผนในการออกพบลูกค้า และการบริหารเป้าหมายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เป็นต้น คุณสมบัติ: - วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงินการธนาคาร เศรษฐศาสตร์ บัญชี การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปี ในงานธุรกิจ Wealth Banking และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี - มีความรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์กองทุน ประกัน และมีความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wealth เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งมี IC Complex License, LIB, NIB, Unit Link - มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถบริหารจัดการทีมได้อย่างเหมาะสม - มีทักษะในการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ - สามารถทำงานต่างจังหวัดและทำงานในวันหยุดได้ We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
