Offshore team Leader Production Operator

Job Description:
Our client is a Leader of production and operation in oil and gas, they are looking for a contractor 3 years in **Team Leader **Production Operator**, working as a rotation: in Gulf of Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- _ _Day-to-day complex and remote wellhead platforms operations including ensuring the monitoring of equipment performance and anomaly, the record of any fluctuation and the reporting of any trouble or failures. Ensure that wells are flowing at optimal levels. _
- _ _Start-up and shutdown of complex and remote wellhead platforms including ensuring the following of sequential procedures for opening/ closing valves and associated equipment. _
- _ _Routine and non-routine complex and remote wellhead platforms field activities. _
- _ _Ensure the completion of hand-over procedures during shift change such as all records and logs are in order, and special actions required to follow-up are fully understood. _
- _ _Ensure smooth and safe operations including work site preparation permit to work, process isolation. Participate and ensure the preparation of plant, equipment and sites for maintenance work and any other intervention are in accordance with Company SSHE rules and regulations. _
- _ _Routine check for all consumables, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the smooth and safe operations of the complex and remote wellhead platforms. Record stock level of items on complex and remote wellhead platforms and submits status report to Supervisor. Ensure that process control, emergency shutdown and safety systems are in good working order. _
- _ _Carry out day to day process troubleshoot of process and production equipment occurring with production equipment, wells, etc. including investigating, determining reason for fault and initiating immediate action to remedy. Follow up any required maintenance to minimize down time_
- _ _Review and/ or develop work instruction, operating procedure. Make necessary adjustments to the operating/ production process to maintain optimum process conditions and, in emergencies, to order and supervise process start-up/ shutdown under supervision of Supervisor. _
- _ _Monitor, record and perform necessary well intervention to maintain well integrity to ensure safe operations. o Promote SSHE awareness by ensuring all safety procedures are strictly abided. _
- _ _Develop work plan for routine and non-routine activities at production platform and remote wellhead platform and properly managed for smooth and safe operations. _
- _ _Occasionally represent Production team in new facilities Site Acceptance test, HAZID, HAZOP, etc_
- _ Be able to operate central complex and remote wellhead platforms by DCS and SCADA systems. _
- _ _Operate according to situations arising at various stages, various control instruments, regulating power, flows, temperature, pressures, etc. to achieve daily production target at maximum utilization of available resources. _
- _ _Maintain all control activities on Production Platform, Quarter Platform and Wellhead Platforms. Be involved in control and administration of plant work permit procedure. _
- _ _Operate from the control room’s operator workstation, OWS, the overall control system (process control system, emergency shutdown, and fire & gas system). Regularly check and ensure that they are functioned correctly and safely. _
- _ _Provide work direction and assistance to process and utilities operators. Ensure that they follow Company SSHE rules and regulations. _
- _ _Record a range of data on daily log-sheets at pre-determines intervals, make calculations and record details. _
- _ _Prepare daily production reports on plant and well performance. Indicate well parameters, any work carried out on well, etc. and ensure an efficient filing of all recorded data. _
- _ _Report unplanned operational deviations to Supervisor and take corrective action where these fall within his scope and competence. Report to Supervisor any discrepancies or defects on equipment and/ or instruments_
- _ _Carry out all necessary inhibition of element/ system when required (through work permit) and keep accurate log status of the plant at all times._
- _ _Perform other related duties such as reporting malfunction of consoles equipment, maintaining the control room area in a clean and tidy condition._

**Qualifications**:

- _ Thai Nationality only_
- _ Technical Diploma in related field_
- _ _8 years’ experience in production operations in oil and gas industry or related (experience in well or plant operations is an advantage)_
- _ Good command of both spoken and written English_

**Certificate Requirements**:

- _ Valid Certificate of BOSIET, TFOET, FOET _
- _ _Valid medical reports with fit-to-work results. _
- _ The above-mentioned certificates on minimum requirements section_
- _ Basic Fire Fighting Training _
- _ Basic First Aid Training_
