Ga Assistant Manager and Manager

Key Responsibilities
To manage GA to support all branches as requirement.
To manage and conduct purchasing process in accordance with company policy.
To control and renewal all company licenses.
To control and renewal al motor licenses.
To control company fixed assets for purchasing new fix assets, Transfer company fix assets as company policy.
To control process for requesting fixed asset number, Issuing barcode, Handover, Transfer and Write off.
To control company fixed assets by separate quarter counting.
To control the repairing and calibrate all tools and small equipment for all branches.
To control mobile phones support company business.
To cooperate with all branches for non-motor claims and motor claims regarding accident cased with insurance company.
To contact and control rental car for support company business and management.
To control all drives staffs.
To responsible facilities repair and maintenance.
Handle about Annual Check such as Inspection Electricity, Environmental of Work, High and Large Building.
Support new projects.
Other job assignments as assigned by Assistant GM.
**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of experience in management level.
Good command in English.
