**Job Detail**:

- HR & GA Manager (Food) (70K-90K) (SDG-94766)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่าย HR & GA (อาหาร)-
- Manage subordinates and take care of Recruit, Payroll, Employee Communication, Organization Development and GA functions
- Responsible for work related to recruitment and selection function
- Arrangement of job interviews with hiring managers in other departments
- Employment Agreement, Manage and maintain personnel files and other information
- Proceed payroll (HRMI, Prosoft) with accuracy and on time
- Manage Time, attendance and leave records by using ESS of the payroll system
- Preparing of PND1/PND3 (monthly) and PND1K/50-B Tavi (annual), S.P.S1-10 (monthly) and KT26 (annual)
- Prepare the employee list with compensation data for evaluation (Performance Evaluation for Bonus, Annual Salary Review, Promotion, minimum wage adjustment)
- Manage and coordinate Welfare Committee with Factory Admin (every 3 months)
- Arrange training or HRD activities (internal training and external training)
- Manage and renew company important documents and license such as contacts, etc.
- Update company regulations according to the laws in Thailand
- Liaise with Government authorized department on office license, visa and work permit arrangement for expatriate staff
- Other duties assigned
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 50 years old- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7-10 years of experience in HR and GA
- Having management experience
- Conversational high level of English- Experience as HR&GA in manufacturing company (The number of employees: more than 100)
- Conversational level of Japanese

- Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Mon - Fri (Sat: None))

- รับผิดชอบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาและคัดเลือก
- การจัดสัมภาษณ์งานกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายว่าจ้างในแผนกอื่นๆ
- ข้อตกลงการจ้างงาน จัดการและดูแลไฟล์บุคลากรและข้อมูลอื่นๆ
- ดำเนินการจ่ายเงินเดือน (HRMI, Prosoft) ให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- จัดการบันทึกเวลาการเข้างานและการลาโดยใช้ ESS ของระบบเงินเดือน
- จัดทำ ภ.ง.ด.1/ภ.ง.ด.3 (รายเดือน) และ ภ.ง.ด.1ก/50-B ทาวิ (รายปี) ภ.ง.ด.1-10 (รายเดือน) และ KT26 (รายปี)
- จัดทำรายชื่อพนักงานพร้อมข้อมูลค่าตอบแทนสำหรับการประเมิน (การประเมินผลงานสำหรับโบนัส, การทบทวนเงินเดือนประจำปี, การเลื่อนขั้น, การปรับค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ)
- บริหารและประสานงานคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการกับผู้บริหารโรงงาน (ทุก 3 เดือน)
- จัดอบรมหรือกิจกรรม HRD (อบรมภายในและอบรมภายนอก)
- จัดการและต่ออายุ
- อกสารสำคัญของบริษัทและใบอนุญาต เช่น รายชื่อ ฯลฯ
- ปรับปรุงข้อบังคับของบริษัทตามกฎหมายในประเทศไทย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการในเรื่องใบอนุญาตสำนักงาน วีซ่า และใบอนุญาตทำงานสำหรับพนักงานต่างชาติ
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 40 - 50 ปี- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7-10 ปี ด้าน HR และ GA
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร
