**Responsibilities**:

- Be a member of the ERP implementation project team to work with the implementation partner, business users and IT to gather requirements, and analyze, design and implement technology best practice.
- Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges and improvement opportunities to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Design, develop, test, implement and deploy solutions for business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, residing in ERP and related systems.
- Ensure the smooth running of critical business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, residing in ERP and related systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP, business process issues/inefficiencies, and provide sound business enhancements/solutions/alternatives that are based on ERP standard capabilities and functions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle/SAP, preferably Oracle, Oracle EBS R12 or above, or SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Minimum of a recognized degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent.
- In-depth business process knowledge on Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report.
- Proven hands-on experience with configuration on Oracle or SAP.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java, OAF, XML Publisher is a definite plus.
- Solid knowledge and work experience in cloud reporting tools like OTBI and financial reporting.
- Proficient in developing new UI and workflow in Oracle/SAP Fusion PaaS platform is an added advantage.
- Experience in AGILE/SCRUM.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing or the communication technology industry is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
