Responsibilities: - Serving as first-level support for Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Oracle EPM Cloud. - Creating Service Request, troubleshooting, and coordinating the resolution with 3rd party providers (such as Oracle Support, and External Support Team), if necessary, and communicate with end users. - Implementing the configurations and supporting business processes in Oracle Fusion. - Tracking the support issues to develop targeted instructional material to reduce support requests and improve usability. - Providing technical support and problem resolution to the business user on the Oracle Fusion.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer or Information Technology or related. - At least 3-5 years of Experience and knowledge in Oracle ERP. - Experience in Oracle EPM is preferable. - Experience in software development lifecycle, IT solution design, database architecture, network & Cloud architecture, cyber security management, and project management (e.g. Business requirements analysis, business process analysis, feasibility analysis -both technical and financial aspects, testing and automation). - Experience in Accounting will be an advantage. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English. - Able to work well with the team. - Able to work well under pressure.
