ERP Manager

In-depth knowledge in Ms Dynamics 365 Finance.
Operations or Dynamics AX ERP product.
Fluent communication in English.
This role will be responsible for implementing D365FO ERP & RPA projects in SEA Markets across multiple F&B brands. Manage ERP & RPA projects to ensure the project execution is aligned with regional corporate roadmap and strategies. Review and evaluate the solution proposals and integration design to ascertain the best practices without compromising system performance and capabilities. Evaluate and perform internal development for enhancement and change request. Continuous engagement with vendor, local IT teams and countries business users to make sure the adoption of regional standardization across all markets.
Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and managing end to end ERP implementation project that includes detailed project planning, monitoring, tracking progress and managing escalations.
Lead the user requirements gathering sessions, manage the project scope and propose prioritization for project execution.
Developing organizational strategies for achieving business goals. Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
Overseeing the implementation of new software or systems to ensure that they are compatible with existing technology.
Analyze business process inefficiencies and recommend the automated solutions to business users. Perform feasibility study to ascertain the areas of automation and business value creation.
Creating and managing project budgets; preparation for new project proposal presented to management.
Post Implementation Support, managing and maintaining ERP system after Go-Live. In-charge of managing CRs across SEA markets.
Create new legal entities and implement the holding companies for new brands.
Manage and handle periodic service updates released by Microsoft and ensure successful of stress test before release to production ERP.
In-charge and support for Regional RPA solution to support and configure to automate ERP Integration process to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
Education/ Qualification/ Experience.
Degree holder in computer science or equivalent.
7 years of proven track record in implementing and managing D365FO or Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system with experience in executing at least one full ERP project lifecycle successfully.
Industry knowledge in food & beverage retail sector is preferred.
Experience in integration project with retail POS system and ERP System.
Working experience as a regional/global project management professional.
Development experience such as customized functions/enhancements and creating new reports with D365FO and Dynamics AX.
Experience in developing X++ program and able to write scripts.
Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is an advantage.
Knowledge/ Skill/ Abilities Requires.
Competent in project management skills and vendor management skills.
In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX ERP product with solid skill in functional knowledge such as Finance, Supply Chain or Retail/Commerce.
Domain knowledge in supply chain operation, retail, membership, F&B and Finance.
Knowledge in emerging technologies such as RPA, Azure Cloud Platform, SaaS, DevOps, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Flow, Azure Data Lake, Machine Learning is an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft DevOps, X++, and SQL language.
Development experience such as customized functions/enhancements and creating new reports with D365FO and Dynamics AX is preferred.
Excellent in analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills with detail organizing and planning.
Fluent communication in English and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Meticulous and good team player who is able to work with various levels of stakeholders from different cultures and locations.
Should be able to travel to other countries if needed.
