PRTR IT Recruitment is supporting our well-known client who provides IT systems/services for retail, and e-commerce. They're expanding the team and now have almost 1,000 employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serving as second and third level support for internal ERP system issues, specifically Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
- Creating Service Request, troubleshooting, and coordinating the resolution with 3rd party providers (such as Oracle Support, Consulting, and others), if necessary, and communicate with end user.
- Ensuring the users are kept informed of issue status.
- Tracking the support issues to develop targeted instructional material to reduce support requests and improve usability.
- Providing technical support and problem resolution to the business user on the Oracle Fusion.
- Being responsible for various programs and reports development of the Oracle Fusion.

**Requirements**:

- Thai only, 23- 37 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting/ Finance.
- 2-7 years of work experience as Oracle Application Support.
- Experience in Implementation & Support Oracle Fusion O2C, P2P, R2R, Oracle EBS 11i, 12.
- Strong functional knowledge and in-depth financial module AP, AR, FA, GL and CM on Oracle Fusion.
- Experience in Accounting will be an advantage.
- Understands plug command.
- Characteristics: Good communication skills and confidence.
- English communication skills.
