**The Role**:
As an **Associate Partnerships Development** at Sertis, you will support the team in driving business growth through partnerships and business development initiatives. You'll assist in identifying and nurturing opportunities related to (1) international JVs, (2) strategic collaborations, (3) sales agencies, (4) product owners seeking AI solutions, and (5) VCs with AI/ML needs. **In this role, you will**:

- Support the development of strategic partnerships for Sertis, focusing on enterprise partners that align with our business objectives
- Assist in identifying and evaluating business development opportunities, including joint ventures, commercial relationships, and sales agency partnerships.
- Help maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations
- Conduct market research and gather insights to support partnership growth strategies and business expansion across Asia.
- Coordinate with Legal and other internal teams to support the drafting and execution of partnership agreements
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and partners to ensure smooth communication and project alignment
- Stay up to date on market trends and contribute insights to help shape AI and data-driven initiatives in the region

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- 2-5 years of experience in corporate development or business development within large enterprise settings;
- Proven track record of conceiving, developing and successfully managing enterprise partnerships (successful work at Meta, Google, Amazon, MS or related companies a plus)
- International experience, particularly across the Asia-Pacific region, is crucial;
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills;
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- English plus at least one Asian language at a business level proficiency or more;
- A strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
