Reporting to the Site HR Business Partner, the main goal of this position is to partner with key business stakeholders, providing HR insights to the operations team, and facilitating the full spectrum of the employee life cycle — including internal communication, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities to strengthen organizational connection and motivation.

** HR Business Partner**
- To partner with key stakeholders in driving transformation, change management, workforce planning, and providing consultation related to HR matters while providing HR consultation and support to the assigned business units for white collar and Blue collar.
**Communication & Employee Engagement**
- Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with company vision, values, and priorities.
- Coordinate communication materials (announcements, newsletters, intranet content, etc.) to ensure consistent and transparent messaging across the organization.
- Partner with management to cascade key messages effectively and strengthen leadership visibility.
- Design, plan, and implement engagement activities (e.g., town halls, employee surveys, recognition programs, CSR events, and celebration activities).
- Analyze engagement survey results, identify focus areas, and support action planning with business leaders.
- Promote initiatives that foster collaboration, belonging, and a positive work environment.
**Must have**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering, with a strong background in employee engagement and internal communication within a global organization.
- Demonstrate experience in project management
- Ability to present to an executive at a business level
- Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with employees at all levels
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skill
