HR & Safety Manager

Our client is the world’s leading automotive parts manufacturer.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing the recruitment and induction process to ensure we attract, recruit, retain top talent and keep track of recruiting metrics.
- Ensuring that the company's pay scale complies with federal laws and regulations and overseeing compensation and payroll.
- Working with managers to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees.
- Handling employee reward systems such as bonuses, merit raises, and pay-for-performance plans to ensure that raises are handled correctly and fairly.
- Working closely with the Regional HR Manager to undertake staff communication meetings to ensure alignment with Asia Pacific regional initiatives.
- Maintaining and improving Health & Safety systems and achieving Health and Safety Objectives.
- Creating action outputs from the appraisals in relation to personal development, disciplinary action, and succession planning.
- Creating annual HR Budget planning and all report.
- Handling environmental annual checking and waste management.
- Managing, implementing, and monitoring the HRIS system (SuccessFactors).
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management, Psychology, or the related field
- At least 20 years of experience in HR, preferably for an international company.
- Should have strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge, along with user experience knowledge of HR ERP tools
- Should be Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinkers and assertive, and open to change.
- Should be result-oriented with strong influencing skills, able to communicate with all levels of management and peers within the organization
- Strong working knowledge of Employee relations, compliance under different labor laws, managing factory administration, HR Practices - Recruitment. T&D, Compensation management, Performance management, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
