**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities and Aspects of the position**
- Manages a team focusing on operational responsibilities of planning, execution, and follow-up in accordance with the company targets.
- Acts as a strategic partner to head of each department, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Utilizes HR metrics and analytics to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Manages organizational change and supports business transformations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with the business and organization of the business unit, understand the business strategy, and promote the implementation of human strategy and policies.
- Assist in the adjustment of organizational structure and raise reasonable suggestions.
- Pay attention to employee communication and promote communication between the company and employees.
- Provide full-module support to promote effective operation of recruitment, compensation, performance, employee development, training and culture, and employee relations.
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations and assist in the maintenance of corporate public relations.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Manage organizational change and support business transformations.
- Other tasks according to the requirements of the superior.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in management related; 8 years working experience in industrial mechanical background.
- Familiar with corporate HR and operation processes; understand business and interact well with business departments; strong affinity, good at communication and coordination.
- Have own insights and experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR modules.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
