Our client is a global leading automotive parts manufacturer.
- Executing Training activities (Training survey, budget, training plan and implement plan, submit training record to Skill Development Department).
- Executing the Monthly Headcount Report (Actual, Forecast).
- Driving Employee Engagement Activities (Survey/ Analysis result/ conduct employee focus group/ create an action plan with local management/ plan monitoring/ create Communication plan).
- Maintaining HRIS system: Employee Engagement Fundamental Recruitment, Onboarding process, Training plan, Improvement Ideas, Engagement & Communication.
- Controlling and Manage Budget (training/ Welfare/ Employee activities) and understanding labor cost concept.
- Executing onboarding process.

**Qualifications**
- Education: bachelor’s degree in political science, Law, Personnel Management, or related field.
- Experience: 10 Years up and/or getting approval from top management.
- Specialist: Knowledgeable of labor law, and other related laws, have skills in personnel management, leadership, good coordination, and fluent in English.
- Have a good relationship, Creative, Circumspection, and able to use computer and office equipment.
